Once you become a member, you will begin receiving a specially curated, medical-grade selection of cannabis products that are chosen based on the preferences outlined in your membership survey. The highest-quality brands and products delivered right to your door!
Based on the selected subscription model, your Monthly Box will include, medical grade cannabis products including vape pens, CBD oils, flowers, edibles, tinctures and more, all hand selected by our curator. Items will differ from month to month.
Though our cannabis products are high-quality and medical grade, you do not need a medical prescription to receive The Monthly Box. Also, we only ship within Canada where recreational cannabis will be legal as of October 17th, 2018.
The Monthly Box is the only curated cannabis monthly box in Canada. This means that your box is specifically created for you every month. Our experts achieve this by studying your usage and lifestyle details (provided to us when you create your account), creating a cannabis box full of products you’ll love, and that meets all your needs!
Yes, all month-to-month orders will renew automatically, 1 month from your initial order date.
You can easily cancel your order from your account – please visit the link you are sent when you are billed to change or edit your subscription if you cannot find it on your personal account.
Please note that you may cancel at anytime BUT if you’ve already been billed for the current month, you’ll still receive this month’s box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle.
We hate to see you go! To cancel your membership, you may log in to your account and click cancel. Alternately, you can email us here and we’ll be happy to take care of your request. You will be sent any remaining boxes per your most recent payment, but you will not be charged again in the future.
Please send your request at least 24 HOURS BEFORE your next scheduled renewal to avoid being charged and included in the upcoming box. Sorry, WE DO NOT offer refunds for payments already processed. You may always re-activate your membership by contacting us here.
The Monthly Box will be shipped in 7 business days, excluding holidays, after completing the membership process. The next Monthly Box will be shipped out based on membership date. When your box leaves our facilities, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking number. You can click here to track your order.
While we always ship on schedule, we can not control the boxes once they leave The Monthly Box headquarters. Normally, delivery time is 4-7 days nationwide, though there are instances when a box may get lost or stuck in the system.
If you have not received your monthly box by the 30th of the month or your tracking information has not updated, please email us here. Once we verify the box is lost or missing, we will ship out a replacement ASAP.
